Master Sgt. Chuck Watkins connects a fuel hose to a C-130 Hercules, while preparing the aircraft for wildfire fighting operations across Texas April 18, 2011, at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The C-130 is equipped with the Modular Airborne Firefighting System, which is capable of dispensing 3,000 gallons of water or fire retardant in less than 5 seconds.
