The attachment has the shape of a segment-shaped frontone and contains insertion of ebony in the form of two bull horns with five dependent points that are injected inside with triangles and circles of ivory. The frameworks are stretched with batted tripe. The batik on the front and rear are mirrored relative to each other. The side panels contain geometric shapes and the center panel the Dutch lion. The center panel is red, the intermediate panels yellow and the side panels blue. Between the framework and panels is a narrow list of ebony.
