CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Some soldiers appear to enjoy the ruck march more than other participants in the final German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) event on July 12 in a ruck march utilizing a minimum 33-pound rucksack for a distance between to miles, in attempt to qualify for either a bronze, silver or gold GAFPB. Qualified soldiers will be authorized to wear the GAFPB on their dress uniform.
