Some examples of work by Eric Gill the artist sculptor and calligrapher, including a collection of letters artwork and drawings collected by his brother Evan. The museum in his home village of Ditchling in Sussex houses the collection Eric Gill designed Gill Sans which is still one of the great classic typefaces because of its elegance and legibility. The curator, whose shadow is shown, is Ewan Clayton.
