Lt. Col. Hamilton Underwood, 4th Combat Camera Squadron commander, renders a final salute to his unit members during a change of command ceremony Aug. 3, 2018, at Joint Base Charleston, Underwood passed command of the 4th CTCS to Lt. Col. Chad Gibson, who previously served as the deputy director for Air Force Reserve Command public affairs. The 4th CTCS is the only Reserve combat camera unit and is a rapid response force, specializing in aerial documentation.
