Shipping in the Royal Albert Dock, Canning Town, London, c1945-c1965. A Thames sailing barge sails down the middle of the waterway. Rows of cranes stand by for loading and unloading cargoes. The dock was built in 1875-80, initially to provide a larger entrance to the Victoria Dock.
