Rinchen Khandro, a Buddhist nun from the Samye Ling community in southern Scotland - where she works in the monastery's administration - sorting mail on her final day at Eskdalemuir before travelling to Holy Island off the west coast where the former model, songwriter and fashion designer will spend the next three years in retreat with 11 other women.
