CLEMATIS PANICULATA—See previous page, BITTER SWEET Celnstrus Orbiculutn (Japanese Bitter Sweet)—A vigorous climber with almost round, bright green leaves, and orange yellow capsules in the fall. This variety fruits early and more freely than Celastrus Scandens. This is one of the best vines for the porch. 50c each; $ per doz. Celastrus Scandens (Climbing Bitter Sweet) — A native climbing vine, with handsome large leaves, yellow flow- ers in May and June and clusters or ornamental or- ange-capsuled fruit in Fall. One of the most desirable climbers for shade.
