Cesar Hernandez, a preventive medicine specialist assigned to Madigan Army Medical Center, holds his company guidon at the start of the Norwegian Foot March on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Feb. 10, 2023. The event was an foot march with a 25-lbs. ruck completed while wearing the Army Combat Uniform. Participants sought to successfully complete the march in a designated amount of time depending on age and gender. Those that earned the Norwegian Foot March Badge can wear it on their Army Service Uniform.
