A B-52 Stratofortress from the 23rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron lands at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia after a mission in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, June 16, 2017. The landing marked the first successful landing for the 23rd EBS on their 100th anniversary. The mission also garnered a milestone for the squadron with 400 successful combat sorties with zero maintenance issues.
