This granite statue by Samuel Nixon of king William 4th nicknamed the sailor king (1765-1837 King of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, reigned 1830-1837, and of Hanover) is in the grounds of the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich, London. Originally erected in the City of London in 1845 it was moved to Greenwich in 1936.
