Staff Sgt. Josue Alvarado, 325th Military Intelligence Battalion, throws an inert grenade during the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Best Warrior Competition (BWC) April 21, 2021, at Joint Base San Antonio – Camp Bullis. During the BWC soldiers from the MIRC spend a week competing in a variety of challenges including firing weapons, land navigation, the Army Combat Fitness Test and various mystery events. These challenges test the soldiers’ capabilities and combat-readiness to help determine the MIRC’s Best Warrior.
