Two Air Force C-130J Super Hercules are positioned on Henry Post Army Airfield at Fort Sill, OK, in preparation for 1st Battalions, 14th Field Artillery Regiment, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, cold load M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) rehearsal on March 5, 2019. The exercise is in preparation for “Operation Phantom Flight,” scheduled for April 2019, which will test the unit’s ability to successfully load and secure the HIMARS and link with the aircraft’s Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPADS) while in flight.
