Adam Heitz is cutting a nice lot of carnations now. His place is in fine con- dition. Calendulas, snapdragons, roses, stevia and a nice line of potted plants make his greenhouses most attractive. Several large conventions this month will afford sale of decorative plants and table decorations. Chief is that of the National Canners' Association, with an attendance of more than 5,000.
