A Dissection to Expose the Structures thatare seen on the removal of the outerWall of the Orbit. Position.—The body lying upon its back, and theface rotated to the opposite side. L Skin Incisions. 1. From the external angular process of the Frontalbone horizontally backwards an inch above theZygoma, and parallel with it to a point one inchabove its root. 2. From just outside the outer canthus, obliquelydownwards and backwards, over the Malar pro-cess, to a quarter of an inch below the lower.
