They are of slow growth, and are not affected by the dust and dry atmos- phere of the house, and were we to select one Palm only, it certainly would be a Kentia. The two varieties are of similar appearance, the former being Areca Lutescens. dwarfer and more spreading, and the latter is of stronger growth with broader, heavier foliage.
