Also at Phini, and abundant in the ncighbouriiood at Kykko (8R !). Common on rocli- sides at Ivaminaria (.IH 1071). S. microstachyttui Boiss. Fl. orient. II, 787 (1872) et Suppl. 246. Umbilicus miav- stavhyus Kotsi'by, (Jyperu, 311 (1865). Troodos, rare, in fissures of rocks (UK, SR 720!). Also this species is peculiar to the island. S. litoreiiui (tuss. Plant, rar. 185. tab. 37 (1826); Boiss. Fl. orient. II. 793; Kotscby, ('j'pern, 313. Rocky places, not infrequent in lower regions. Kyrenia and Lapithos (UK). Capo Greco (.JH 415). S. porphyreiitn Kotscby, (Jyperu, 313 (!S(j5); Biiiss. Fl. orient. II, 790. My specimens are sparingly covered with short glanduliferous hairs on the upper part of the stem and on the pedicels. In this point they ditt'ei- from Kotschy's type- specimens and Boissier's desciiption, but agree with Sintenis' and Rkjo's form from Kyrenia, which Boissier (in herb.) has re- ferred to this species. ^.
