VoLXXVIII NORTHSTAR, MICHIGAN, DECEMBER 1, National Meeting for 1916 The last word from Secretary Foster regarding the 1916 National Conven- tion Meeting, is as follows: The dates February 22-23-24 have been approved, and the place of meeting is in dispute. It seems Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington are the favorites with Chicago apparently first choice. Honey Day Mr. J. C.
