1940s. A meet of the North Cotswold Hunt and followers outside the Lygon Arms, Broadway ( Worcestershire, UK). Formerly the White Hart, a coaching inn has stood on this site since at least 1377. Oliver Cromwell is said to have stayed here before the battle of Worcester ( 3rd September 1651) and since that time, kings, princes and famous personalities have also had rooms here. The hunt was established in 1868 by Earl of Coventry
