Stiff, black felt body with a folded cockade of silver thread, a white-silver pompom above it, a long, silver-plated metal agrafe with a silver-plated button on the lower end bearing a sun-burst emblem, two double vertical decorative silver cords on either side, and silver tassels at either point. Defects and repairs. The silk lining is incomplete. Height 33 cm. Width 44 cm.
