This method will enable us to sell at a lower price than if we had to store the potatoes all winter, and be of value to the planter, in that it assures safer trans- portation and aflTords opportunity to have the tubers cut and, if wished, sprouted, ready to plant as soon as the soil can be got into condition to receive them.
