Patty Schwarze owns and operates the Old Spanish Sugar Mill Restaurant at DeLeon Springs State Park near Deland, FL. Patty's father Peter, a fifth generation grist mill operator, rebuilt the historic mill and opened it as a restaurant in 1961.
