A new 1,428-person annual training/mobilization dining facility is shown April 22, 2021, in the 1800 block at Fort McCoy, Wis. The project, coordinated by the Army Corps of Engineers in 2019, was constructed by contractor Black Constructors of St. Paul, Minn.
