Dixon Smith, deputy chief of naval operations for fleet readiness and logistics, and his wife welcome members of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) visiting the Pentagon. Surviving parents, spouses, children, siblings, and others grieving the death of a service member are gathering for the 23rd Annual TAPS National Military Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp for Young Survivors.
