JosephTuckerman, (Harvard 1787), a native ofBoston and a friend and classmate of Chief-JusticeStory and Dr. William Ellery Channing, and Sarah,daughter of Samuel Cary, of Chelsea, Massachusetts,one of whose nieces was the wife of President Fel-tonof Harvard, and another married Professor LouisAgassiz.
