To definitely bring the public into their confidence, in thefall of 1919 the Board of Supervisors appointed an AdvisoryBoard made up of Burton , B. S. Crittenden, D. , Hilliard E. Welch, Edward Powers, and J. M. Bigger,representing every section of the county and with this com-mittee to help is planning toward the extension of the alreadycomprehensive system of roads. In their road-building endeavors they are amply supportedby the San Joaquin County
