Reeve (1843) makes bicolor Lamarck a synonym of antiquata Linnaeus. Melvill and Standen, (1928) reported Cardita antiquata (author in error) from Dabai in 8 fms but express doubts as to the Actual SIZE, 45 Fig. 8.
