BREMERTON, Wash. (Dec. 13, 2016) – Capt. Alan Schrader, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) commanding officer, reads stories to Navy children to encourage literacy and ways to develop reading enjoyment, at the NBK Child Development Center (CDC) at Jackson Park. According to Schrader, the children had a great experience and asked him to come back for more storytelling.
