Oxford, England - 25 October 2017 The strange tower is part of the new Westgate in Oxford, is a new shopping area in Oxford City Centre. It opened on 24th October 2017. It is located where the medieval West Gate into the city once stood. Pretty boring architecture, but the beautiful cirrus cloudscape and vapor trails transform it.
