Winchester Hat Fair, 1st July 2022. The annual Hat Fair got underway today with local schools taking part in the Carnival procession through the city centre with the children dressed in colourful costumes. Winchester Hat Fair is a 3 day Outdoor Arts Festival, with street entertainers and performances in several venues through the city. Old people with fancy hats enjoying the entertainment in Abbey Gardens.
