NYPD officer photgraphs the Rues of Conduct posted at Eight Spruce Street in an apparent effort to see if there are any infractions involved with the protesters having camped there. Black Lives Matter activists and allies occupied City Hall Park all day to protest police policies negatively effecting black communities, calling for the firing of Police Chief Bratton and for abolishing the police in preference to community self-policing. After the City Hall Park protest, activiists evaded arrest by moving to a 24-hr private park nearby where they camped for the night.
