The concave cap, which has been worked out between cannelures with dots, commas and clocks, has a bell-shaped crown of grille. An edge of fasces is applied to the separation between the two sections. This is tied at three points with ribbons, among which a leaf garland hangs on the lid and above which a large acanthus leaf is placed on the crown.
