Concarneau festival "Filets Bleus" 2011"Circle Celtiques"

Each year there is a festival in Concarneau called "Filets Bleus" (blue nets) after the fishing nets used for the sardine fishing the town is famous for. On the Sunday they have a procession with local dress, music and organisations.
