Randy Burlingame, 104th Civil Engineering Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, teaches 514th CES EOD technicians and 439th CES EOD technicians how to pin an F-15C Eagle in order to electrically and mechanically safe the aircraft August 11, 2021, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. During the training, Burlingame and Senior Airman Josh Torres, 104 CES EOD technician, helped the 514th and 439th CES EOD teams practice safing and mitigating explosive hazards on the F-15.
