He also designed thetitle-page to the first two English Bibles (Coverdales andCranmers).He painted Thomas Cromwell, Jane Seymour and a famous familygroup of the royal family, which perished in a fire at Whitehall in1698. In 1538 Henry VIII sent him to Brussels to paint a widowedDuchess of Milan, with a view to matrimon
