Chateau de La Bussiére (The Fisherman's Castle) in the Loire Valley, France

Originally a 12th century fortress, transformed into a private dwelling by Lords du Tillet in the 17th century. The Chasseval family acquired the chateau in 1814 and has remained in the same family by ascension. The current owners are Laure & Bertrand Bommelaer. The Château is surrounded by a 60 acre lake.
