The majority of the cases, six out of eight, where thecarcinoma was present with myoma, were adeno-careinomata of the body. Themyomata were in some instances subperitoneal, in others interstitial, while inone case a small submucous nodule was present. Probably one of the most in-teresting cases was one of primary carcinoma of the ovary. The uterus wassecondarily involved, and not only was the muscle penetrated in all directionsby the new growth, but a large and degenerate myoma showed carcinomatousinvasion in numerous places.
