No Spinach, with the exception of New Zealand will 'stand' August heat without 'shooting' seed stalks. Water liberally with fine spray or sprinkler after sowing seed. One ounce for 100 feet of drill. 844 Long Season. Sowings of this variety can be made in early spring and followed monthly with further sowings, and the crop will be continuous throughout the entire summer.
