A wheellock rifle, Kilian Zellner, Salzburg and Vienna, circa 1680, Slightly swamped octagonal barrel with seven-groove rifled bore in 14 mm calibre, with dovetailed brass front sight and iron folding rear sight. Brass-lined mark "K Z" with striding lion at the breech (Stöckel no. 1213). Elaborately engraved and chiselled wheellock with double set trigger, the lock plate with depiction of St. George and the Dragon, the wheel cover with engraved double-headed eagle.
