William (Bill) Barriage, Fort Hamilton’s Logistics Readiness Center Director, will retire Jan. 31, 2021 with 34 years of combined government service. He retired from the Army Reserve in 2020, as a major general, from the Pentagon as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 Mobilization & Training.
