OKLAHOMA CITY (March 17, 2014) Master Chief Musician Randy Mattson meets with a concert patron after a Sea Chanters chorus performance at First Presbyterian Church. The Sea Chanters, based in Washington and led by Chief Musician Adam Tyler, are currently on a 18-day tour of six states. One of the band's primary responsibilities, national tours increase awareness of the Navy in places that don't see the Navy at work on a regular basis.
