Just now womenradio operators are needed by the Navyfor shore duty to take the places ofmen called for sea duty; but when thewar is over these girls are going- to stayat wireless work. The responsibility for improving our national life and fulfillingour national ideals shouldbe evenly divided betweenmen and women. And justas men must disciplinethemselves and prepare tocarry their full share, somust women.
