HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (June 10, 2018)- Marine Corps Col. Christopher J. Douglas, senior advisor to the 505th Zone Afghan National Police with Task Force Southwest, meets with key leaders from the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces during a security shura at the 505th Zone Afghan National Police Headquarters. The shura was held to discuss planning for the ceasefire between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Taliban during the end of Ramadan as Afghanistan continues to build towards peace and stability in the region.
