Thel)uilding occupied Ijy the school for the white children is an eleganttwo-story brick structure alcove a basement, and is located three bockseast of the business portion of the city, where it is surrounded bycommodious grounds of over a block in extent consisting of a smoothgrassy lawn, set Avith a large number of trees.
