KIN TOWN, OKINAWA, Japan— Sgt. Ryan O. Van Gosen, as Ebenezer Scrooge, acts out a scene during the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band Christmas Concert Dec. 6 at the Kin Town Community Hall in Kin Town, Okinawa, Japan. Throughout the performance Van Gosen kept the audience informed and intrigued with his witty humor and acting. This year’s performance was based on Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” This was the first time that the III MEF Band held their Christmas concert off-base.
