A National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter lowers a sandbag onto a fairway at the Dakota Dunes Country Club June 2. The sandbags, which weigh between 2000 and 4000 pounds each, are being used to construct levees designed to keep flood waters from threatening the homes of residents in this South Dakota community which lies along the Missouri River. More than 1,000 soldiers and airmen from the South Dakota National Guard are now supporting flooding efforts along the Missouri River throughout South Dakota. Dakota Dunes Sandbagging 411398
