Between Kemsing and Otford in Kent, UK. 29th July, 2014. Road Closure. Novel use of CCTV Traffic enforcement cameras on the country road; Pilgrims Way between Kemsing and Otford in the County of Kent, a shortcut between the A25 and A225, causes traffic build up on the A25 at the village of Seal. Local residents are allowed access but the CCTV sign seems to be acting as a deterrent, but for cyclists and pedestrians. The permit will last for 5 days. Kent County Council faces a huge cost to repair the numerous pot holes and road surface defects. Credit: Yon Marsh/Alamy Live News
