EARLE, (May 22, 2017) – Airman Cody Good lowers the Union Jack as the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) departs Naval Weapons Station Earle following an ammunition on-load. Iwo Jima is currently conducting routine operations at sea following the completion of a continuous maintenance availability period.
