Evans is assisted by CBRN specialists from the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army (JAF). The exercise provided an opportunity for service members from Army Central, Marines and the JAF to work together on executing their counter-unexploded ordinance and CBRN techniques. The JAF personnel demonstrated their UXO and CBRN decontamination capabilities to their counterparts while participants aided in area security and chemical detection. The training enhanced interoperability between nations and services and allowed for exchange of best practices between the participants.
