The photograph shows constructional progress at Camp Humphreys, Virginia during World War One. It depicts the construction of a concrete road on the west side of the unit. The road, measuring 18 ft. in width, was supervised by Engineer Officers. The photograph was taken by Lt. deBerri of the Signal Corps and is dated May 27, 1918. It was censored and released on June 3, 1918 by the Historical Branch,
